In this week’s video blog, I share with you 5 simple strategies to help you double your reading speed. These strategies will help you increase your reading speed from about 200 words per minute (the average adult reading speed) to over 400 words per minute.

- Prepare your state.
- Eliminate subvocalization.

- Read in chunks of 3 to 4 words.
